Who We Are
Casa de Luz Outreach Ministries is a registered non-profit dedicated to connecting Canadian organizations and private groups to a greater, global purpose – to resource and bring hope to those in need. We believe that it’s important for everybody – businesses, non-profits, and individuals alike – to take part in God’s calling to bring hope to those in need.
To help you accomplish this, we work with you to design a holistic strategy to involve your unique organization in a meaningful partnership with a faith-based charity that is changing lives in Primo Tapia, Mexico. Focusing on the strengths and abilities of your organization, we work with you and your members to become more outward focused and to contribute your resources to a impactful and fulfilling international mission.
Our desire to see hearts changed and lives restored has led us into partnerships with an incredible variety of organizations, including but definitely not limited to:

Meet Gary
Gary Stephens is the ambassador that creates relationships with our new partner organizations. Gary has experience leading over thirty short-term missions trips and has connected over one thousand individuals to God’s calling to be missional. As the co-founder of the charity we work with in Mexico, Gary has a comprehensive understanding on how your organization can utilize its resources to get involved in restoring hope to those in need.
